Kashmir trip with Ziya Global Travels was a smooth and memorable experience. They understood our requirements well and planned a perfect itinerary, staying connected throughout the journey. the houseboat experience was a bit disappointing as the setup felt quite ordinary for a special anniversary occasion, and the room provided had an unpleasant smell. Also, during early checkout, there was no proper staff assistance, and we had to manage our luggage ourselves.
