I booked sikkim n darjeeling sightseeing for 9days n I must tell from last 2 month Rahul has been extremely helpful whether it's for providing info or clarifying doubts, I booked this agency because o (Read More)f reasonable pricing. Even though there was a change in plan due to closure of lachung but Rahul made sure an alternative is done without spoiling the trip. Last hotel in darjeeling could have been better as it's pretty old but the location was again and advantage ..100mtra from mall market..I would highly recommend yaan holidays...

Driver Kiran was very nice and friendly. Darjeeling hotel was very poor ?. Overall good.
It was not a good experience with Yaan Holidays, services not provided properly. Hotel of Darjeeling looks like the worst hotel, The food is also not good at Darjiling and Pelling places. Cab drivers (Read More)do not guide tour places properly and are not given information about places. They should explain and give us information about spots. Cab also cancelled by Yaan Holiday.
