We recently booked our family vacation to Singapore through Xplorex and I must say the entire experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Right from the planning stage, their team lead by (Read More) Pooja Bhatt was attentive, patient, and extremely professional in understanding our preferences and customising the itinerary accordingly.
All arrangements — from flights and hotel bookings to local transfers, were decently coordinated. The itinerary was well-balanced, allowing us to explore Singapore’s key attractions like Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Universal Studios, and Gardens by the Bay, while also having enough time to relax and enjoy as a family.
What truly stood out was their prompt communication and on-ground support throughout the trip. Any small query or change was handled efficiently and with a smile. It gave us complete peace of mind and made the trip truly memorable.

She was also extremely accommodating, adjusting the itinerary according to our preferences without any hesitation.
Even during the trip, the ground staff in Singapore was easily reachable and supportive, ensuring we had absolutely no issues. What impressed us the most was how connected Pooja remained throughout—before the trip, during our stay, and even after we returned home, just to check that we had reached safely. She was literally just a call away whenever we needed assistance.
When it comes to budget, I personally compared quotes from multiple vendors, and the best price I received was from Pooja. On top of that, the service and care we received were unmatched.
