1. Driver Vijay kumar was very polite and with good driving skills.
2. He guided us very well about the places to visit in Shimla and chandigarh
3. Hotel Marc was good and well maintained.
4. Hotel staff was very helpful and active towards service.
5. Breakfast and dinner was too good in hotel.
6. Pickup and drop was on time at all locations.

The driver of our cab never agreed with us.
The stay was Ok but the food there is very mid and no options for local food and the service there is very slow and no cleanliness and while returning the bus was different and the seats were not reclining that much when compared to the arriving bus.
