We would like to thanks our travel agent .... for providing us such wonderful support during our visit to Shimla Manali and Chandigarh. We were two families with our kids and we were given good hotels (Read More) and food and travel in this package. • Trip to Katra, Vaishno Devi, Dalhousie, Dharamsala, Amritsar
Atrocious service, terrible code of conduct, lousy management and defaulter. After reaching Jammu i was told that i will have to pay 15000 where as when i finalized the deal i was told it will be 1000 (Read More)0 advance payment. The driver provided to me was not courteous at all. The driver provided by WELCOME TOUR & TRAVELS really need to learn manners. The itinerary of mine was booked from 29th Nov to 8 Dec 18, but after reaching jammu, i was not provided taxi for 1 full day. In total, i would give Sharmila Thakur (Welcome Tour & Travels Himachal) Zero on 10 for providing absolutely third class service and finally i would not recommend this service to any one because you will end up fooling yourself.
