Welcome Tour & Travels is a destination management company located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. We organize inbound tours and offer holiday packages. We also provide travel services such as car & coach rental, hotel booking, bus ticketing, airline ticketing, rail ticketing etc. We offer domestic tours, holiday packages and travel services to places like HP, Chandigarh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, (Read More)Uttaranchal, Delhi and J&K etc. We provide both customized and pre-planned tours, and whether you procure any of our travel service, domestic tour or holiday package, we ensure less prices. We operate from our spacious office in Shimla and have also deployed many agents at the various travel destinations. Our services are being backed by a team of enthusiastic professionals who have extensive experience organizing tours for the travelers and providing travel related services. We offer many holiday packages such as hill station tours, adventure tours and pilgrimage /religious tours. Our endeavors are focused on keeping the clients happy always and we go out of our way to get them good discounts on air and bus tickets, and hotel accommodations. Atrocious service, terrible code of conduct, lousy management and defaulter. After reaching Jammu i was told that i will have to pay 15000 where as when i finalized the deal i was told it will be 1000 (Read More)0 advance payment. The driver provided to me was not courteous at all. The driver provided by WELCOME TOUR & TRAVELS really need to learn manners. The itinerary of mine was booked from 29th Nov to 8 Dec 18, but after reaching jammu, i was not provided taxi for 1 full day. In total, i would give Sharmila Thakur (Welcome Tour & Travels Himachal) Zero on 10 for providing absolutely third class service and finally i would not recommend this service to any one because you will end up fooling yourself.

The other day , there was query from your side about the feedback from the tour which was arranged by you . In the same context , i have to add painfully the following details : We were camping in (Read More)Shimla for three days before the commencement of proposed tour. The total money asked by you was already deposited, rather well in advance. Not finding any initiative from your side , I had to inform you about my readiness about the tour. There was not a single word from your side about any preparedness for the tourist as to what to be carried or what precautions to be taken ? You were told that we were seventy years old citizens. A day before the tour was to commence, when I contacted you on my own , you informed me that you had proceeded on leave for the purpose of examination and some other person will look after the arrangements, however, you would continue to be in touch with us on phone for updates. Surprisingly, there were no such contacts on your part till I sent urgent calls to you and Mr. Sandeep. My calls were either not attended by any of you or just ignored deliberately. I had paid the demanded money from your side about six weeks in advance and even then the promised hotels as given in the voucher were not available in Kalpa and Kaza. You were in touch with your driver informing him about the changes made in selection of cheap hotels and never allowed me know about such developments ! Is it not true that cheap hotels were arranged at Kalpa and Kaza ? Also , The Nema regency at Tabo, could not arrange vegetable soup and yellow daal for vegetarian tourists ! Was this arrangement commensurate to Three star package promised to me ? The hotel booked in Kaza was very close to sewage lines and looked very shabby, fortunately, that was changed at last moment ! However, the plan was for 'the Old Monk hotel ', the shabby place, again for cheaper considerations ! Why was restriction on use of AC in the vehicle during the journey on dusty roads and sunheated places ? Does a tourist face dusty feeling all the way wherever there is option of using AC ? Then I was informed that you had already resigned from your position in the company and therefore I had no reason to contact you again. Mr. Sandeep was perhaps not in a mood to contact the client ! Also , I did not know his status ! I hope , you would analyse the situation and provide your justification if at all interested ! Thanks.

Himalayan tour and travel has provided us vehicle of a third party named Randhwa travel who was not fully aware about the deal. And no money paid to Randhwa by Thakurs. Secondly we booked 14 seater v (Read More)ehicle but 13 seater (including driver) vehicle was provided to us. And Himalayan tour and travals (Thakurs) were not ready to make any refund.

In every hotel food items limited for us only either in breakfast or dinner on asking to servent he said that it was instruction to them give them (us) limited choice only manali Himansu resort we r (Read More) given some better treatment and preparation of food as our choice otherwise hotels for stay good and this two stars given for that only welcome toursmanagement was bogus

Poor cab... Though the peronnels were really helpful. It was an average experience. Was too expensive... Some of the hotels wete pathetic with aweful food.
