What's Not Good: This travel agency is not registered with ministry of tourism’s body of Indian Association of tour and operators nor they are registered with UP tourism portal. My huge amount (Read More)of more than 3 lacs is stuck with this agency and they are not refunding and giving death threats and abusing. As they are not registered with ministry of tourism no help is provided by government of india. It is a fraud agency with a police FIR filed against them!!! It is very risky to book from them and too risky to give them advance booking amount.

A huge commendation goes to our guide cum driver Mr. Sam Peater from “Carnival Tours & Travels. They provide car with good condition. Daily Mr.Sam clean vehicle & maintain our comfortable seating.Their passion and extensive knowledge were evident in every insightful historical explanation, making each site come alive. Beyond the history, their ability to foster a wonderful atmosphere within my family was remarkable – it felt like traveling with friends.
Mr.Sam Peater always recommends about activities, traditional food, and Scenic photos give us good experience.Every meal was an enjoyable experience, with the food consistently being fresh and delicious.
Special mention must also be made of our driver, who was incredibly skilled, punctual, and friendly, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey throughout. We were treated to countless breath-taking views that will be etched in my memory forever.
What truly set this tour apart was the overall excellent customer service. Every interaction, from booking was handled with professionalism and genuine care. What's Not Good: Don't trust the reviews you see on YouTube as they might be promoted or paid or strategically planned to lure people out of their complacency . A (Read More)part from charging a hefty price (the same amount they had charged for 5* package from influencers) and providing substandard hotels ,20 years' old dirty houseboat where the bathroom doors would come open every min, their driver lured us to get a massage and never returned. Before going,he took 1000 rs from me ,mentioning he had no money for his expenses. Me and my wife were stranded in the middle of nowhere until midnight, with our lives at stake and nobody around; drunk people wandering about us,making us scared to death. The horror didn't stop here. Our efforts to reach out to way4travels went in-vain as no one responded to our calls. We waited there for 3 hours ,completely horrified and numb with fear. We were eventually rescued and dropped to our hotel( not by their driver as he never showed up that day). Then started their unsympathetic behaviour as they somehow arranged for a driver for the rest of the trip yet tried to bribe us by offering free candle-light dinner. Can anything be as ironical as this? Trading people's lives with something as inconsequential as a dinner. All this while,there was no apology offered by Ravi Chauhan,who did not even had the courtesy to reply to our texts or return our calls. We refused the offer as we felt our self-respect was made fun of( I have the voice recording of all these conversations).The previous driver then started calling,apologising and promising to return the money. When we refused to continue the trip with him and demanded for our money, he would not turned up. We continued our journey and the driver started following us. We were oblivious to this until we were near Munnar. I noticed the same model car following us, when I carefully saw,this was the same number. We stopped him, gathered local people( fortunately we have videos). The driver was evidently inebriated, his voice quivering and betraying any sense.Although he gave the money,he sent us voice notes, threatening us and abusing my wife. I sent the voice notes to way4travels and called them to notify about this horrific incident. The calls were unanswered. Tried them at least 100 times and yet no answer. We were still in the middle of the trip,with 3 days left in the itinerary and they abandoned us. These people are not to be trusted with your safety, so don't try and book from here. Furthermore,the hotels they provide are substandard, unclean,with insects in the hotels. The local facilitator of their package agreed the package was for not more than 35000 where they charged us close to 65000.

Our tour guide,Mr vikas, was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, making our experience truly unforgettable. We especially appreciated all accommodation recommendations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Way4travels to anyone seeking a well-planned and enjoyable trip.

Pathetic service, we booked service for Kerala ,
they took full money in the beginning itself and not react back whenever required in the journey.
Don' (Read More)t ever reach way4 CEO - Mr. Ravi , he took customer problem very lite and cut the calls in the middle.
They will show big hotel names in the beginning and book worst low class rooms in the hotel and say always as per budget we booked this room like that... But reality is different.
cab services they give to Kerala team and they sit in Noida , everyday miscommunication between cab team and way4 team related to itinerary - End of the day customer needs to face problems.
Never ever try this way4 for Kerala ..... Only thing which is good in my journey is - at least till last day they gave some room , instead of leaving in the middle. 1 star given for that till end service.
Apart from that , they said something and did something.

Connected over phone and everything done through whatsapp. Travelled to kerala 2 weeks back and I'm very happy with their arrangement of hotels and (Read More)cab. Want to say special Thanks to DEEPAK who was our POC. He arranged everything within our budget. Me and my family are very satisfied. Highly recommended. Will plan for next year also with Way4travels only.
Nightmare Experience with Way4Travel and Ravi Chauhan: Lizard Infestation and Midnight Abandonment
My recent experience with Way4Travel, managed by Ravi Chauhan, was an absolute nightmare. Traveling all the way from London, I arrived at the booked accommodations only to be horrified by a severe inf (Read More)estation of lizards throughout the property. This infestation not only rendered the place uninhabitable but also posed a serious health and safety risk.Despite immediately reporting this appalling condition to Way4Travel and Ravi Chauhan, I received no meaningful response or action. Despite multiple complaints, they showed a shocking lack of concern and responsibility, leaving me to deal with the distressing situation on my own.As if the lizard infestation wasn't bad enough, the situation escalated when I decided I could no longer stay in such unsanitary conditions. Requesting alternative accommodations or assistance from Way4Travel or Ravi Chauhan was met with indifference. Instead, I was abruptly abandoned on the road at midnight without any provisions or support.This level of incompetence, negligence, and disregard for customer well-being exhibited by Way4Travel and Ravi Chauhan is utterly unacceptable. Their failure to address basic hygiene standards and their callous treatment of customers in distress reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity.I urge anyone considering using Way4Travel's services to reconsider, as my experience was not only a complete disappointment but also a harrowing ordeal that no traveler should have to endure.
