She stayed in touch with us throughout the journey, proactively addressing any issues that might arise.
All the hotels and itinerary arrangements were very good. Our driver was polite and skilled at navigating the challenging, narrow ghat roads.
We also appreciated their flexible payment policy, unlike other agencies that require full payment upfront, VJ Global did not.

Trip was great, but driver was very bad. Even after many requests, the agency didn't change the driver.

I recently booked a Shimla-Manali tour with VJ Tours and Travels, and overall, it was a great experience. Madhu Harnot curated the itinerary based on our specific requirements and executed everything (Read More)efficiently.
We had a timely pickup and drop-off from Delhi, and the cab provided (a 2025 Swift Dzire) was in excellent condition. Our driver was highly experienced with hill driving and had a good understanding of the local areas, which made our journey smooth and comfortable.
For accommodation, we opted for their super deluxe rooms at their own properties, as I was keen on having scenic views from the balcony. The hotels delivered on that front. However, they were located a bit far from the main Mall Road areas, and the approach roads were narrow and steep. While our skilled driver managed them effortlessly, I’d advise caution if you’re planning a winter trip, as these roads are likely to get blocked due to snow.
One observation: all the properties had very similar interiors. I stayed in three different hotels, and aside from the external views, the rooms felt almost identical. The same went for the food menu—though the food quality was good, the breakfast and dinner options were quite repetitive if you’re staying for an extended period. That said, room service was prompt and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout.
All in all, I had a positive experience and would recommend VJ Tours and Travels to anyone planning a Shimla-Manali trip.
