Our tour with VJ Global Tours and Travels was wonderful and memorable! We especially want to thank Manisha Mam for her exceptional service.
Manisha Mam created an amazing package for us, accommodating multiple modifications to our itinerary without any concerns.
She stayed in touch with us throughout the journey, proactively addressing any issues that might arise.
All the hotels and itiner (Read More)ary arrangements were very good. Our driver was polite and skilled at navigating the challenging, narrow ghat roads.
We also appreciated their flexible payment policy, unlike other agencies that require full payment upfront, VJ Global did not.
Trip to Shimla, Manali, Himachal Pradesh
Trip was great, but driver was very bad. Even after many requests, the agency didn't change the driver.

We (family of 3 members) had booked a travel package through VJ Global Tours and Travel, Shimla. Our package was for 12 days (June 10, 2025 to June 22, 2025) starting from Shimla-Narkanda-Sangla-Kalpa (Read More)-Tabo-Kaza-Chandratal-Manali and sightseeing on the way at all the locations. The package included 24 hour dedicated car with driver and pickup and drop from Delhi to Delhi via Chandigar.
But we had bitter experience during the travel and few of them are highlight below:
1. Provided low quality hotels as compared to sample hotel and 10-15 KM out side of main locations.
2. Silently changed the itinerary without informing us. Without our knowledge, Rhotang pass visit was removed from itinerary
3. Consistent missgiude and discouragement by driver not to visit more locations.
4. No Car was provided for two days for Manali local sightseeing, Solang Valley, Rhotang Pass etc. We had arranged our own transport locally.
5. Complete misbehaviour and abousiveness by Transport manager (Hitesh Singh).
6. Demanded very high extra money to avail car services to visit Rhotang pass, and local travel like hotel to Manali Mall road etc which was more than double of local taxi charges.
So, it is highly recommended not to avail travel service from VJ Global Toures and Travel.
We had a wonderful Shimla-Manali trip with this agency. The driver Rajat was very helpful and friendly, and the agency’s support throughout was excellent. Hotels were clean and comfortable, and the st (Read More)aff was courteous. Shimla’s Town Ville and Manali’s Green Hill hotel were both nice, with Manali’s location being fairly central. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable trip.
