This was our second trip with Vacation Madcap, and once again, we had a really good experience\. Choosing Vacation Madcap for a second time itself reflects the trust we have developed in the team and (Read More) the quality of their planning and coordination… A special mention to Saurabh and Roshani for being so helpful and supportive throughout the Singapore trip… From planning the itinerary to coordinating the arrangements and ensuring smooth execution, the team was responsive, approachable and professional. Roshani especially was very helpful in coordinating things and addressing our queries during the trip!! Overall, the trip was well planned, well coordinated and comfortably executed and we were happy with the experience. One area that could have been handled better was the Sentosa Cable Car… The main cable car line was closed due to a pre planned maintenance shutdown, which was already notified on site. However, we were not informed about the closure beforehand and tickets were still issued for the attraction. As a result, we missed one of the major attractions we had planned to experience in Sentosa\. Apart from this, we had a very positive experience with Vacation Madcap once again 😄
