I recently booked a 4 nights, 5 days trip to Mysore and Ooty through this travel agency, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The entire trip was planned exactly according to my preferences (Read More), which made it very comfortable and personalized.
The driver was polite, punctual, and familiar with all the routes, making our journey smooth and stress-free. The hotels arranged were clean, comfortable, and well-located. The food provided was also quite good, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

Worst trip experience ever.
If you are planning to book with UNO Trips, be prepared to be on your own once they receive your money.
We paid ₹10,000 in advance and were then left stranded at Delhi Airp (Read More)ort for almost 7 hours. Neither the driver nor the UNO Trips team answered our repeated calls. We were left waiting, confused, and helpless with no information, no updates, and no support.
What makes this experience even worse is that we had to manage the entire trip and vehicle ourselves. The company that was paid to organize the trip simply disappeared when it was time to provide service.
When we demanded a refund for this pathetic experience, instead of accepting responsibility, we were met with abusive and disrespectful behavior. Not only were we denied a refund, but we were also treated in a manner no customer should ever have to tolerate.
This was not a holiday. It was a nightmare. Complete lack of professionalism, accountability, communication, and customer service. Our biggest regret was trusting UNO Trips with our travel plans.
