Rafiq Bhai, our driver and friend during our time in Srinagar, truly made our trip exceptional. Beyond just navigating the winding roads and picturesque landscapes, he became an integral part of our j (Read More)ourney. His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, as if we were traveling with an old friend.
What stood out the most about Rafiq Bhai was his genuine passion for ensuring we had a memorable experience. His wealth of knowledge about the local area was impressive, and he eagerly shared insights into the history, culture, and hidden gems of Srinagar. Whether it was recommending the best local eateries for authentic Kashmiri cuisine or suggesting of-path attractions, Rafiq Bhai's suggestions never disappointed.
We faced poor experience from the 1st day. They shifted us into a new hotel which was under construction. A lot of critical problems was arisen including short time power cut off, elevator issue, low (Read More)efficiency geyser etc. Room service was not available along with the room cleaning facility. The driver they provided took extra charge for car-fuel which was not included in package. I strongly recommend anyone not to believe on this tour planner. Moreover, the fooding facility of the hotel they provided was of poor quality with no taste. We are very disappointed with this tour planner.

I stayed in the worst hotel.
- Room lock was not working properly.
- There is no safety deposit box in the room.
- Hot water is continuously running out and geyser not working properly.

- Sometimes the current is going away.
- Male GM's communication is not good.
- Mrs, Nazrana receptionist behavior is really good ??. But we did not get any service from her.
- the fooding facility is very bad and it was very bad to eat.
- I strongly recommend anyone not to believe on this tour planner.
