We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that your booking had been confirmed, and an advance payment of ₹58,220/- wa (Read More)s made to the hotel on your behalf against your token amount of ₹20,000/-.
Prior to confirming the booking, we had clearly informed you via email that the advance amount would be non-refundable in case of cancellation, and the same was acknowledged and accepted by you in writing. As per the hotel’s policy, the full amount became non-refundable once the booking was processed, and our company was financially liable to pay the hotel accordingly.
We always strive to maintain transparency and fairness with all our guests and regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you’d like to discuss this further
