Trip to Istanbul

What's Not Good: On 5.5.25 I spoke to Aman to give me travel package for Turkey. He took Rs 20000 and gave details of travel to Istanbul on 6.5.25. In order to book flights and hotel he asked (Read More)me to pay 3 amounts Rs 39000, Rs 38000 and 36300 separately from my credit card in addition to advance of Rs 20000 paid from my savings account the previous day. Nothing was booked till 7.5.25 because they wanted confirmation from their accounts department. On 6.5.25 I had told Mr Aman that we would cancell our tour if India attacks pakistan. Payment was made only in the evening at 7.30 pm on 6.5.25 and India attacked Pakistan on 7.5.25 at 1.30 am. On 7.5.25 I asked Mr Aman to cancell the trip and sent a whatsup message to him separately.. He has transferred only Rs 101680 and balance Rs 31620 was not transferred back to my account till date.indpite of our clear understanding that we would not visit Turkey in case India attacks Pakistan. Over and above, his accounts department did not confirm receipt of advances even on 8.1.25. It was his moral responsibility to refund all the money to my account immediately. It is more than a month and he has not yet transferred Rs 31620. I am a senior citizen 68 years old and it is my hard earned money and I am not getting any pension since I am not a govt employee. Pl ask Aman to trasfer the balance amount of Rs 31620 immediately to ensure that we would have longterm health relationship with holidayfy group
