Trip to Varanasi, India, Uttar Pradesh

I had a very disappointing experience with Travels Town Varanasi. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude from the beginning. The hotel they arranged was of very poor quality and nowhere close to what was promised. The vehicle provided was in terrible condition. The AC was barely working, making travel unbearable in the scorching summer heat. To make matters worse, we had to wait for (Read More) hours multiple times just to refill CNG, wasting valuable sightseeing time and causing unnecessary discomfort. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I've had. Poor planning, poor service, and complete lack of professionalism. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this tour operator. Never ever book with Travels Town Varanasi.

Having the VIP Darshan managed so smoothly, combined with the peaceful ghat visits and the perfect pacing of the tour,kalvairav visit to sarnath temple darshan and local shopping all made our trip a deeply enriching experience. It's a good tour programme arrange by Travel town. The staffs are well coperateful & helpful. Evenat latenight they help in hotels during sudden powercut. Driving was also good with proper guide. Overall it's a excellent trip in Uttar Pradesh in & around Varanasi, Prayagraj & Ayodhya. My child was very familiar with guide cum pilot. Thanks to Travel town & all supporting staff.
