Planning:
- Sharing detailed insights about the various packages option as per our needs.
- Helping us to choose the economic package.
During the trip:

Improvement Area:
- Knowing Gulmarg is one of the coldest places among the places we have visited, a better accommodation could have been provided. I think it's our mistake too because we should have highlighted it during the stay but it was too late when we realizes it.
- Boathouse stay experience: We were so excited to experience the stay but face a few challenges like not having the flexibility to go out unless we take the Shikara ride, food availability, frequent power cut, and a bit of uncomfortable during the night. So these things have ruined the experience. I still believe it's a good experience because now we know what to do when the next visit happens.
Overall, thank you for the marvelous trip you arranged. Without you, it could have been a little bit difficult. But you helped us to plan the trip really well.
Going forward, Travelihood would be my first point of contact for planning a trip. I hope they will expand their presence in other cities too. And I wish them a good look with such expansion if they have any plan to do so.

The entire trip was perfectly, including the hotels, food, car.

Ten out of ten recommended! An amazing way to experience Kashmir and be a part of the culture. We count this amongst our best overseas trips so far. The concept what they gives is amazing it’s volunteer tour for support education and people in need.. it gives you immense happiness to travel around kashmir.. kashmir is truly heaven on earth.. travelihood makes their tourist very comfortable and gives best service..
