We are genuinely surprised to see a 2-star rating, as there were no concerns raised during your trip. As per your package, you stayed for 2 nights (Read More) at Vilmaris Calangute (Superior Deluxe Room with balcony) and 2 nights at Rega Resort Candolim (Club Room with balcony), along with inclusions like a dinner cruise, North Goa tour, South Goa tour with extended cab service, and scuba diving with water sports.
As per our records and feedback from our local team, all services were delivered as planned. During your trip, you chose to skip the water sports and scuba diving activities midway. To ensure your experience remained smooth, our driver arranged additional sightseeing as a replacement, which you seemed to enjoy.
We also did not receive any complaints or concerns from your side during the entire stay regarding hotels, transport, or services. In fact, our team feedback indicated that you had a pleasant experience, especially with the sightseeing and dinner cruise.
