We regret that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to respectfully clarify the facts regarding your transportation arrangements to ensure th (Read More)at other readers have a fair and accurate understanding of the matter.
As per the package shared and confirmed with you, the transportation inclusions clearly specified one-time pickup and one-time drop-off between the designated airport/railway station/Volvo stand and the hotel, along with one day each of North Goa and South Goa sightseeing by a private 13-seater AC Winger.
Your package was arranged for 10 adults, covering 3 nights of accommodation with breakfast and the transportation services expressly mentioned in the confirmed inclusions. During the trip, no transportation-related complaint was brought to our attention.
At the time of departure, a request was made to arrange three separate drop-offs for different members of your group:
5 guests to Dabolim Airport
2 guests to Madgaon
3 guests to Mopa Airport
These three separate destinations were beyond the single drop-off service specified in the package. Nevertheless, in an effort to assist, we offered additional arrangements at a nominal extra charge of ₹500 for the Madgaon drop after the Dabolim drop, and ₹1,500 for a separate vehicle to Mopa Airport. These were additional services and were not included in the original package price.
Unfortunately, the proposed additional arrangements were not accepted. We understand that you may have expected a different arrangement, but services outside the agreed package inclusions cannot reasonably be treated as complimentary unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Travelers Solution remains committed to delivering the services confirmed in its packages. We welcome genuine feedback and are always willing to review any specific concern supported by the booking confirmation, written commitments, or other relevant records.
We respectfully request that the review be assessed in the context of the agreed package terms and the distinction between included services and additional requests. We remain available to review the matter through our official communication channels.

Your booking was for 29 September to 02 October 2026, for 02 adults, with a total package value of ₹27,000/-. The package included:
• 03 nights accommodation at Ginger Goa, Candolim and Nanu Resort, Arambol
• Private AC airport/railway station transfers
• Daily breakfast
• Extreme North Goa sightseeing by private AC car
• Adventure boat cruise with water sports and private transfers
• Other hotel facilities as mentioned in the package
All the confirmed hotel stays, transfers and sightseeing services were provided as planned during your trip.
Regarding the Adventure Boat Cruise & Water Sports activity, we would like to clarify that this activity was subsequently discontinued/closed by the local water sports association. We informed you about this before the activity/trip, and we offered an alternative activity at a similar value.
As you preferred not to take the alternative, we agreed to provide a refund of ₹2,500/- for the affected activity. This amount was adjusted against the outstanding balance of ₹10,000/-, and the remaining ₹7,500/- was paid, with the account subsequently settled.
We completely understand that a change in an activity can be disappointing, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. However, the cancellation of the activity was due to circumstances beyond our control and was not a last-minute cancellation by Travelers Solution.
Our team made every reasonable effort to provide an alternative and also agreed to the refund for the discontinued activity. We remain committed to being transparent with our guests and resolving genuine concerns fairly.
We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding the activity and payment adjustment. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to resolve any remaining concern with you directly.
