Very disappointing experience.
The location mentioned in the package was not covered at all. We were dropped 12–13 km before the actual location and told to stay there.
Even the sightseeing mentioned (Read More)in the itinerary was not covered. After booking, they stopped receiving calls, which was very frustrating.
Food quality was extremely poor and not worth the money. The bus condition was also bad and uncomfortable.
Overall, nothing was good about this trip. It did not match what was promised at all.
I would not recommend this travel company unless they seriously improve their service and transparency.

Even the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary was not covered. After the booking was done, they stopped receiving calls, which created a lot of problems during the trip.
The food quality was extremely poor, and the bus condition was very uncomfortable.
Most importantly, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude. At times, the communication felt disrespectful, and the overall environment did not feel safe, especially for girls.
Overall, nothing about this trip was good. The service was completely different from what was promised.

Had the worst ever travelling experience of my life while travelling with travel saathi, after taking the payment they said there is no accountability of them. Captain behaves rudely and disrespects w (Read More)omen and absolutely having zero sense to talk.
They don't provide proper rooms nor good food.
They stop picking up the call after the trip started, in case you are facing any problem nobody will there to listen to your problems and if you tell the problem to the captain, they threatened us that they will push us out of the traveller if we say anything about the problem.
We booked our anniversary trip with Travel Saathi to Dubai. The trip was well planned and customized as per our needs by Prince Arora. He explained everything well in advance and was readily available (Read More) for any query that we had. He also provided us with complimentary surprises on the trip that really enhanced our experience.
We were happy with the service and would surely recommend travel saathi to anyone planning their holidays abroad.
