We booked Do-dham yatra to Yumontri -Gangotri via TourTripX, it was a very smooth experience. Special mention to Ms Akansha for accomodating all our needs and consolidating the entire itinerary as pe (Read More)r our demands. Our driver was also very cordial, and polite. All our hotels exceeded our expectations, even at such remote locations this team managed to get us decent, and comfortable stays. Would definitely recommend TourTripX for all such trips.
Worst agency for trip... now I am travelling in haridwar rishikesh with 15 seater car with 8 senior citizens...the condition of the car is worst..ac windows are broken..the driver is always saying tha (Read More)t the car is not going here not in there..the driver doesn't know the itinerary and the tourist spot also...they are not co operative...they keep their zero commitments...I will never recommend this agency for any trip..
I am writing to share our disappointing experience with TOUR TRIP X during our trip last week.
We were assured that a car with a dedicated driver would be provided for our Lucknow–Ayodhya–Varanasi tr (Read More)ip. However, the service we received was far below our expectations. The driver was consistently uncooperative and repeatedly suggested that we take an auto-rickshaw if we wanted to visit different places, despite our understanding that transportation would be provided as agreed. Last day both car and driver got even changed.
Whenever we raised our concerns with TOUR TRIP X, they responded with excuses and apologies for the inconvenience, but no meaningful action was taken to resolve the situation.
Overall, we had a very unpleasant experience. The agency made promises that it failed to fulfil, leaving us frustrated and unable to enjoy our trip peacefully.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking with this agency. If you are looking for a hassle-free and comfortable family trip, our experience suggests that TOUR TRIP X will not deliver the service it promises. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this agency based on the service we received.
