We travelled to vrindavan and Agra with TourTripX, it was wonderful experience everything was arranged well. Loved the hotel (Yadhav Bhawan) rooms was clean and the food was too good felt like home fo (Read More)od. The guides were well knowledge. Car driver was polite and was very helpful. Both the co-ordinators Miss Aditi and Miss Vishnu was very polite and helpful through out the trip.Looking forward to travel again ?
We completed Varanasi, Prayagraj and Ayodhya trip with TourTripX for 4N 5D with most of senior citizens along this week. Anmol ji made the Trip plan very well, he is very knowledgeable. Vishnu ji mana (Read More)ged everything throughout the 5 days of our trip by helping us time to time whenever required, she is very kind and kept check on us throughout the trip. Vishal, Anand were the drivers with 20-seater travelers, they were kind and took us everywhere patiently, they were professional drivers. Chandan along with the driver helped us as a caretaker. Very grateful for the whole team for making trip memorable.
Day 1: Picked from the Varanasi Airport in the morning and visited few places and then checked in Hotel Dev Residency which was very good with clean rooms and great service by all the people there, food was also good. Then visited Namo Ghat and went for Aarti in the boat.
Day 2: Visited all the temples in Varanasi, Sugam Darshan Booking in the early morning helped us to skip long queues in Kasi Viswanath Temple on Monday, thanks to Anmol ji for booking these. This day was bit hectic by covering all the temples for senior citizens.
Day 3: Reached Prayagraj and visited all the places, this day was done very peacefully. Vishnu ji helped us in providing the Guide contact promptly upon a request. At the end checked in Hotel Park View in which rooms were good, but with overpriced food menu the quality of food was also average, service was bad with arrogant people, they even changed the Breakfast Menu dish plan which caused everyone in the hotel to get angry on hotel management.
Day 4: Reached Ayodhya and visited all the places with the help of a Guide. Guide is recommended here as there are many main places to visit. For Senior Citizens of age 70+, Ram Mandir has Wheelchair facility which helped us to have pleasant darshan. This day was worth every second, all darshans were done. Later checked in Hotel Heaven Grand in which rooms were good, food was not good with less options, certain rooms had no Geyser facility and Lift was not working.
Day 5: Reached Lucknow and drop at Airport.
Improvements:
1) Better hotels can be recommended in Prayagraj and Ayodhya.
2) Sugam Darshan for Ram Mandir is available online, which was not conveyed. People without senior citizens can book online prior to 15days for hustleless darshan.
Overall TourTripX is a great tour planner, I recommend planning the trips and I also look forward for my future trips. The people are kind and very supportive.

Recently completed 5 days trip to Prayag, Varanasi, Ayodhya. We were group of 5 ladies. Overall experience was great. There were some issues with communication. Earlier we were coordinating with Shris (Read More)hti but then she stopped responding my message and calls. Then after reaching out to Sandeep, Vishnu reached out and then she managed everything really well. There were some issues with one property which also she resolved timely and provided us better place.
The driver was very very nice. Very well behaved and protective. He helped us everywhere and ensured we don't get into any trouble.
I will recommend to travel with them.
Trip was nice . hotel rooms r all good . information and arrangements made by company is good .esply with teamwork of shalini singh.,vehicle and driver was good but driver had no much knowledge of wh (Read More)ereabouts of tourist spots given by u.which cost lots of time for us .guide given by company was not up to the mark at varanasi.sharmaji at varnasi temple was a nice man conducted rituals properly. Miss vishnu was nice in dealing with customers but short of vocaubolary and accounts. Plz don't take tuorist to any restaurant on the ,near by way to Varanasi airport which cost us our ailments and medical expenses. .they gave us bad food
In short tour was good had very very good darshan of vishwanath temple..and ram lalla ...
