“Hello, my name is Abhishek, and I am sharing my brother’s experience with you. This Thrillophilia company is absolutely terrible. After taking the money, they don’t answer anyone’s calls. Once you go (Read More) abroad, they provide no customer support. Instead, they say that they have left the job and ask you to talk to someone else or contact IVR. When you try the IVR, you have to talk to a computer for an hour first. After that, when a person is finally assigned, the call somehow gets disconnected. Then you call again, explain everything to a new person, then again to another person—this keeps repeating. Don’t fall into their trap. After taking your money, they will not support you at all, especially when you are traveling abroad. They make promises but do not fulfill them. My suggestion is that you should not get trapped by them. My brother’s name is Suryakant Goyal. If anyone among you needs any proof, you can contact us.”

Meghalaya 6 Days 5 Nights Trip Extremely disappointing experience with Thrillophilia. Poor planning and zero accountability throughout the trip. Breakfast was substandard (only one item on most days (Read More)), Seven Sisters Falls was skipped without explanation, and we had to pay extra out of pocket for taxis to reach the Double Decker Root Bridge due to their lack of arrangements. The Dawki hotel felt unsafe (even the driver mentioned past theft incidents), which is unacceptable. On the last day, bad scheduling caused us to miss Kamakhya Temple—we again had to spend our own money to visit. This is my second bad experience with them. Clearly a pattern. Would not recommend. Book at your own risk.

VERY POOR EXECUTION AND BAD EXPERIENCE!!! We booked a Vietnam–Cambodia trip with Thrillophilia expecting a professionally managed experience. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The bigge (Read More)st issue wasn’t just poor planning—it was the complete lack of support once the trip began. Our first major problem started in Da Nang at the Golden Line Hotel. The property did not match what was promised—rooms were cramped and poorly maintained. During check-in, the receptionist made inappropriate and borderline racial remarks about staining towels, which was extremely uncomfortable. Basic services were missing: 1.Damaged bathrobes 2. No response from reception over phone 3. No housekeeping support or replacements available 4. Racist comments by hotel staff. We immediately contacted Thrillophilia’s team multiple times and requested urgent assistance. However, we only received generic responses like “we are checking,” and no one actually called us or resolved the situation. With no support, we had to check out within an hour and book a new hotel at our own expense. Unfortunately, the issues continued throughout the trip: 1. Vegetarian meal requirements were ignored 2. Attraction timings were poorly planned, leading to missed experiences at Hanoi and Sapa 3. Frequent last-minute itinerary changes without consultation 4. Delays in transport and lack of coordination with local operators One particularly disappointing moment was when a senior representative stated: “You have not hired us, we are assisting”—despite charging a significant amount for the trip. Overall, this experience reflects a serious gap between what is promised and what is delivered. If something goes wrong during your trip, don’t expect timely support or accountability. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable, well-managed travel experience.
