We going this office its close and government notice in this office and we ask about near other office they told us other people also ask about MR Tushar patel all are coming here for money they cheat all the people and not give you proper respond.

We book Vietnam pkg with him AASHIS PRAKASH and give him half payment as advance before 5 month they give us hotel voucher.
flight ticket they give us before 1 month that also invalid we also confirm to customer care they also dined that PNR is not valid they behave like we don’t know anything like hows it possible i am look in to it and so on…. they acting actually they know every thing
After so much followup they give us actual ticket in afternoon and night we have to travel now the actual thing start.
Once we landing in Vietnam they don’t have any agency they book taxi through grabe and drop hotel and the surprises they drop us in different hotel and that not look good but forcefully we stay over there as we don’t have any option.
They cancel our actual hotel before 3 days of travel and act like they don’t have rooms in this date so we arrange other hotel but we spk to them and room is available but as we don’t have any option they book cheap rate hotel.
Also we fight with him room is available in our hotel pls book tomorrow over there as you confirm 5 month early they give us assurance we book there but again they force to stay same hotel we argue with him but we don’t have any option.
We book 5 star resorts in advance 5 month and they force to satay some cheap hotel how you feel.
they change the hotel every place we have to travel and give you option cheap quality hotel so force to stay over there we don’t have any option.
Even that they book only for 1 day so you have to folloup every day for booking and dinner time also means u don’t think we are coming for holyday every tension is there.
Now his team no one is giving you proper answer all are blaming each other (Will update chat screen short) so that you know how they playing with you no one is taking responsibility even owner also.
We don’t know tomorrow schedule every night u have to chase them and one day morning Aashis praksh manager message you today tour plan is cancel we refund you for today expense u can continue your own exp.
And even today we followup over refund is pending.
We all are very upset with him and decided to return back one day early as they book return flight without language and told that we give you that payment also 34000/- but till date we didn’t receive that payment

It was amazing experience to go with Viplav before covid. It was very reasonable rates as I went with him on my first international trip to Malaysia.
