Trip to Spiti
Trip was excellent right from booking to End. This trip was for my teenager son & his 4 friends , Swara very soft spoken & helpful after booking Sameer took over charge & was in daily contact with us during trip. There was misunderstanding between Hotels & trip organisers but Sameer Managed it last minute & was given another hotel. Over all good experience. Read before booking‼️‼️‼️‼️
1. First day, after reaching Shimla we carried our large luggages from station till 800m as there is parking fee needed for the car to stay near the station. But the driver refused to give the fee.
2. In shimla hotel , they didn’t know about 11 person and nonveg meal(which was included in our package), they told us “Quality vacation” didn’t informed us.
3. First (Read More)day at manali hotel ,they didn’t provided enough food for 11 person. Also they kept foods in a table in 1st floor and we carried food in the 2nd floor, which is not expected.
4.There were no soap and towels provided by them, also all switches and night lamps are defective, water heater was also defective.
5. There was religious issue in the hotel for veg non veg, delay in dinner . Also we they haven’t provided us enough space to sit property, food was limited and staff behaviour was also bad, hotel manager was smoking hookah openly, everyone was openly drinking. This not a hotel to stay with family.
6. alcohol allowed everywhere in the hotel
7. driver didn’t know where to go what are exact sight scenes that needed to be covered.
8. we were not informed that extra cars required for sightseeing , I asked them several times before booking but they assured me that not single car is needed to be booked from our end.
9. one day driver stopped his car for 20 mins and told us that his manager is not allowing him to move further anymore as they need money from “Quality vacation”.
10. other day car driver’s manager called me and stated that “quality vacation” haven’t informed us for 2nd of june travel so they will not provide service after 1st of june.
Think before booking you valuable trip from this company avoid all the positive reviews don’t rely on those reviews

Hotel Quality was not up to the mark. Good hotels with housekeeping facility and food availability should be provided.

It was an 9 day trip to shimla manali dharamsala and dalhousie. It was an amazing experience over-all everything happened very smoothly. The driver, Sumit bhaiya was very patient and respectful he was very punctual and felt safe to travel with. Our travel advisor, Swara was always available for us and made sure that nothing went wrong. It was an all girls trip so it was a safety concern but everyt (Read More)hing went really well. Hotels were posh and clean with an amazing balcony view the budget was also very reasonable. Everything was almost too perfect to be true!
We weren't informed about the kufri sightseeing charges that may add up and also the condition of solang valley before the trip, it may have been very normal for the people there but we are not from that side of the country so we were expecting a full information handout before. But later on it was managed well by the driver and Swara ma'am.
The hotel in dharamshala was not upto the mark, the s (Read More)taff over there was a little creepy and we had paid for a deluxe room with balcony for the view but the room was very small and the toilet was very dirty. Otherwise all hotels were nice and the ambience were also great. The food at jde mountain, dalhousie was not good at all we literally ate domino's for those 2 days
