Trip to Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey
We booked 3 Days five star hotel The leaf and it was worth every penny. Food and their services was really good. Dakshina was professional and dedicated towards his work. For The Leaf and Dakshina behaviour and professionalism i can give a full give star rating.
We booked a fully AC private houseboat but the AC wasn't working properly even after multiple complains as accorsi to boat staff it was due to low power generated by boat generator. Food at boat was also not that good and tasty. Our cab driver was good but i felt he used to take us to only those places where he could get commision such as chocolate factory or chips factory where price was too much (Read More) compared to market rate. For boat i can give at max 3 stars and for driver at max 4 stars.
Trip to Kerala
We had an amazing experience with Sri vacation Tours and the entire travel team. The trip was customized perfectly according to our interests, timings, and convenience. Dakshina Murthy sir suggested the right places and planned everything very smoothly.
The pricing was also excellent — much better compared to direct online platforms and other vendors. What impressed us the most was the prompt r (Read More)esponse and continuous support throughout the trip. Usually, once the payment is done, many people stop caring, but Dakshina Murthy sir followed up every single day to ensure everything was going well and that we were comfortable.
Everything was arranged in advance, which made our vacation completely hassle-free. Not only did they cover what was originally planned, but they also showed us nearby places and helped us explore more. When my mobile phone stopped working, they even took me to a service center though it was far away. Similarly, when we were not happy with the food options at one restaurant on the way, they immediately took us to another better place without any hesitation.
They never made us feel uncomfortable or charged extra for every small thing. Instead, they treated us with great care and made us feel as comfortable as being in our own hometown.
We truly enjoyed this trip without any hassles, all because of the wonderful support from this team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip. Without any doubt, you can confidently choose them for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Overall it was good experience for an newly married couple in andhaman, accommodation, transport,safety measures and overall hospitality was very well handled, Thank you to moorthy sir, kumersan sir and kannan sir too
Slightly a discomfort with Neil island driver so please take care of that too..other than that everything was very good

We have a honeymoon package.. And Dakshinamurti sir handled it very well.. He selected really great view hotel like cloud castle and private houseboat. Driver was really nice and polite. The travel was really great and we had a wonderful time. Specially that candlelight dinner❤️
Hotel Lincon square at Thekkady.. Its just a normal hotel. Insted of that hotel there should be a resort like hotel which should have balcony and it should have a good space and greenary near by.. But lincon square doesn't have proper ventilation amd service was also not that good as it is a 4 star hotel.. If you take care that all hotels should have balcony and greenary nearby then it will be ju (Read More)st a perfect package❤️

Trip to Coorg, Mysore
Travel agent Dakshinamurthi was prompt in responding to our queries and accomodated all our requests.
Considering we had 7 kids travelling with 4 couples, the stay was far from the main centre leading to too much of traveling. It was exhausting. Additionally, we had to keep coordinating with the driver for the itinerary and the vehicle provided wasn't superior. Overall it wasn't value for money since we spent close to 65k per couple for 3 days in Coorg

The stay which booked was suggested by you and chosen from the options given by you,earlier we arranged for a Non A/C vehicle but Mrs Shravani asked for A/ (Read More)C vehicle previous day before the start of the trip, so we sent the available vehicle which was good only...and as you mentioned 65k per couple you have spent but it was the amount you spent for your entire trip...we charged 103000/- for 4 days package for 4 couple including stay and transportation as you mentioned ( per couple almost 26k) ... Itinerary was also covered almost the places mentioned coz of the distance of the cottages few places were not able to cover ... Even I was communicating with you everyday and taken the updates with you regularly....probably you might have felt the entire amount you spent for the trip was too high..I can understand that, but we have arranged the trip as what we discussed and ensured the trip was smooth and you enjoyed the trip...we are committed and ensure the guest is happy and enjoys the trip , we sincerely apologize if you faced any difficulties in the trip from our side...
