This pilgrimage was a total disappointment!
? Food was substandard – completely unhygienic and unsafe!
?️ Accommodation was pathetic – felt like being dumped in a cattle shed!
? Guide’s behavior was highly irresponsible and disrespectful!
? No concern for pilgrims’ needs, hygiene, or basic comfort.

I recently had the worst travel experience of my life with Murugan Travel during our trip to Kulu Manali. The service was absolutely pathetic. The vehicle provided was in terrible condition, extremely (Read More) uncomfortable, and broke down multiple times during the journey.The worst nightmare occurred when the vehicle stopped in the middle of nowhere, in a no man's land. I was stuck with my wife and kids, feeling completely helpless and terrified. We were stranded overnight for 8 hours before another vehicle arrived to take us to our destination. The fear and anxiety we experienced during that time are indescribable.To make matters worse, the travel agent planned our trip during Holi, expecting us to be in Delhi, completely unaware that the entire city would be closed due to Diwali. How can a travel agent be so incompetent to schedule a trip when the entire city is shut down? This was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly advise against using Murugan Travel. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to have a stress-free and enjoyable trip.

We had booked a tour to kasi and kalkatta tour through murugan travels pondicherry branch office. Paid full amount. the guide will not provide proper staying facility. After finished the kasi visit (Read More) we will sent to kalkatta by train. The guide instructs us the another guide was pickup at kolkatta railway station. But in kolkatta noone will there to pickup us. We called the murugan travels and guide at kasi, they had not proper answer. and you can spend your own money to visit kolkatta and we refund the money to your account. So we can spent our own at kolkatta and visited kali koil only and return to chennai by train. We had approached the agent at pondicherry where we booked the tour and payments made. But he will not proper answer. Till after six months no refund will be made my murugan travels.
