Amazing trip..... When we arrived in Vietnam to the day when we left Vietnam.... our trip become more beautiful day by day.... Each and everyday in Vietnam was a different experience. Hotels were am (Read More)azing at each location. We enjoyed our stay the most at Silk Sense Hoi An and Doris Cruise. Amazing staff, Guide and Vehicles. Guidelines from Souldrifts made it completely blissful experience for us. Being senior citizens, we were really scared as this was our first foreign trip. Their team is very very responsive and helpful. Special Note : Thanks for helping us in Hoi An when we forgot the way to our hotel and your team immediately took action and helped us.

Worst Travel Experience of My Life – Completely Unprofessional Agency We booked our Delhi–Vietnam 8 day trip through Soul Drifts, Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst travel experience of m (Read More)y life. From the very beginning, things started going wrong: • Wrong flights and wrong dates were booked. • The itinerary did not match what was discussed or promised. • Every decision seemed driven purely by cost-cutting, not by traveler comfort or experience. Also. To tell u all we paid a high amount and not less for the entire booking . Despite clearly telling them to book good hotels, we were provided extremely poor-quality accommodations—uncomfortable rooms, sofa-stone beds, and overall substandard stays. While disappointing, this still could have been tolerated. However, the most unacceptable and stressful part was their gross negligence with our visa dates. Because Soul Drifts failed to even check the visa validity, our visa had expired two days earlier. As a direct result: • My wife and I were stopped at the airport • We were harassed and stressed unnecessarily • We were forced to pay $200 extra on the spot due to their mistake This was entirely avoidable and purely due to their carelessness. Till today from day of giving them the money to 10 days post trip they even dont have the courtsy to pick your calls , and reply back . • No apology • No accountability • No courtesy to even speak properly or accept their fault When you are charging people to manage international travel, basic responsibility like checking visa dates is non-negotiable. I strongly do not recommend Soul Drifts to anyone. If you value your money, time, peace of mind, and dignity—stay away. Travel is supposed to be memorable for the right reasons. This trip was memorable only because of the stress and suffering caused by this agency.
