Planning and Complementary Hotel Upgrade at Gulmarg ? amazing experience with Smart Valley Travels! We recently visited Kashmir on 19th January for 7 days and 6 nights, and our experience with Smart Valley Travels was absolutely wonderful. All the arrangements were very well planned and smoothly executed. A special thanks to Irshad Bhai, who gave us a complimentary upgrade to a 4★ property at (Read More)Gulmarg – Royal Castle. The hotel was amazing, and the snow-covered scenery in Gulmarg was breathtaking, something I truly cannot express in words. My family and I are extremely thankful for this thoughtful gesture. Heartfelt thanks to Irshad Bhai and Sumaira Ma’am, who guided us at every step and were always available whenever we needed assistance. During planning, we were quite stressed due to very high flight fares, but they managed to provide us flight tickets at the best possible rates for January. Even when our Akasa flight got cancelled around Republic Day, they handled everything efficiently and arranged alternative flights quickly and without any hassle. Overall, it was a memorable, stress-free, and perfectly organized trip. I highly recommend Smart Valley Travels for their professionalism, care, and excellent service.

Regarding the itinerary, we would like to clarify that the plan was prep (Read More)ared and followed as discussed at the beginning of your trip. However, due to heavy snowfall in Gulmarg, there was an unexpected rush and delays at the spots. These natural situations are beyond human control.
Our driver stayed with you during the snowfall to ensure your safety and comfort. We also suggested an alternative stay at main Gulmarg for that night, but as per the situation, we proceeded with the original plan shared earlier.
At Smart Valley Tour & Travels, our first priority is always the safety and well-being of our guests. We always try our best to manage things according to the circumstances.
