• Local union taxis are mandatory for internal sightseeing in some areas like Gulmarg and Sonmarg
• Houseboat stay is subject to availability; hotel stay may be provided as an alternative if required
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy
• Any extra expenses due to natural conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are to be borne by the guest

• Passengers are advised to report at the airport at least 3 hours before departure due to security procedures
• Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs; early check-in is subject to room availability
• In case of non-availability, similar accommodation will be provided
• Vehicles are not allowed inside Jammu Railway Station or Airport premises; the driver will coordinate pickup/drop location
• The vehicle will be available as per itinerary; delays caused by guests may result in missed services without refund
• Any issues related to hotel services must be reported immediately during the stay, not after checkout
• Bookings are tentative until advance payment is received
• Only post-paid SIM cards function in Kashmir; prepaid SIMs do not work
• Guests are advised not to carry valuables; the company is not responsible for loss or theft
• In case of vehicle breakdown, guests must cooperate while repair or alternate arrangements are made
