What's Good: Since planning till completion of Journey, the Agency (specifically Siddhant ji and Abhinav Ji) have always shown their commitment and devotion to their duty. As a result, every de (Read More)stination and travel connection in between the destinations was smoother . We felt no worry during our trip to Bali. What's Not Good: In some places i.e. in Nusa Penida , a bit disconnection was there about timing and inability to fulfill commitment of providing Lunch.

4 months passed , refund not provided
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this travel agency. Their post-trip support is non-existent and they took additional money from me before the trip, promising to return it in December 2023 (Read More). It’s now March 2023 and I still haven’t received my refund. Once the trip was over, they became completely non-responsive and unhelpful. They were nice at first but as soon as they got my money, they became impossible to contact.
I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by this agency. They made promises that they didn’t keep and their customer service is terrible. I had to constantly follow up with them about my refund and every time I called or emailed them, I was given a different excuse for why it hadn’t been processed yet. I also have proofs that they have taken my money & refuse to refund it.
It’s incredibly frustrating to have to deal with a company that doesn’t value its customers or keep its promises. Not only did they not return my money on time, but they also didn’t provide any support or assistance after the trip was over. It’s like once they got their money, they didn’t care about me anymore.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone and I hope that others will avoid making the same mistake that I did.
Very bad behaviour of Sunil and Abhinav
Signature travel don't support when I reached bali.
Sunil and Abhinav not answering our calls and they argue us why you don't see itanrey.
They don't on their words they don't full fill their promis (Read More)es about our spa and vegitarian food.it is included in our itanrey but the hotels are very bad to eat food.so again it's total West of our money.
Cab driver was changed every day and they are not supporting.
We have to pay extra payment on our activities which is already in our itanrey.because they don't give us full explanation about what is included in our activities.
Our schedule is not arrange in proper way that's why we have to travel so long and it's totally Waste of our time .
Absconded with our money, BIG NO to them
Our honeymoon trip to Bali was cancelled due to covid and our advance payment of Rs 48000 got stuck with these guys. The person we were talking to was Mr Abhinav. He informed that the money will not b (Read More)e refunded and assured that the stuck money could be used for booking flights to any place. When I asked them to book the first flight, I got to know that they charge extra than what is shown on sites like easemytrip.com. Still I compromised since my money was stuck with them. But now they are not reverting back. My balance amount of Rs 16000 is still with them and they are not responding at all. A huge no to signature travels. Please refrain from trusting them. I know they sound very sweet but trust me, they are not.

I went to Bali currently to book the package from signature travels. I got awesome services there. I felt best.
Goa Trip
Goa trip was awesome, however little bit upset with the hotel hospitality which was never expected from such a bigger reputed hotel chain, Marriott. I would suggest to go with the any other hotels but (Read More) not with fairfiled by marriott.
Apart from this, everything is well organized by Abhinav (Signature Travels).

Overall very well planned tour. Hotels are very good. Guide is also nice and very helpful. I got problem in booking hotel as i have to shift in another villa due to technical error. Thailand tour
Extremely poor. The reception at air port with play cards was not there. Person who was made responsible for arrangements Mr sodhi was rude and unwelcomeing. Sim card of foreign country to visit was (Read More) promised but was never provided through out the tour. Drivers with extremely poor communication skills and rudeness were provided. On city tour just ran away throwing us six hours before departure at air port. Didn't want to listen to us at all. This agency has destroyed my family tour and wasted my money. Never believe them.
