Since planning till completion of Journey, the Agency (specifically Siddhant ji and Abhinav Ji) have always shown their commitment and devotion to their duty. As a result, every destination and travel connection in between the destinations was smoother . We felt no worry during our trip to Bali. In some places i.e. in Nusa Penida , a bit disconnection was there about timing and inability to fulfill commitment of providing Lunch.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this travel agency. Their post-trip support is non-existent and they took additional money from me before the trip, promising to return it in December 2023 (Read More). It’s now March 2023 and I still haven’t received my refund. Once the trip was over, they became completely non-responsive and unhelpful. They were nice at first but as soon as they got my money, they became impossible to contact.
I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by this agency. They made promises that they didn’t keep and their customer service is terrible. I had to constantly follow up with them about my refund and every time I called or emailed them, I was given a different excuse for why it hadn’t been processed yet. I also have proofs that they have taken my money & refuse to refund it.
It’s incredibly frustrating to have to deal with a company that doesn’t value its customers or keep its promises. Not only did they not return my money on time, but they also didn’t provide any support or assistance after the trip was over. It’s like once they got their money, they didn’t care about me anymore.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone and I hope that others will avoid making the same mistake that I did.
Signature travel don't support when I reached bali.
Sunil and Abhinav not answering our calls and they argue us why you don't see itanrey.
They don't on their words they don't full fill their promis (Read More)es about our spa and vegitarian food.it is included in our itanrey but the hotels are very bad to eat food.so again it's total West of our money.
Cab driver was changed every day and they are not supporting.
We have to pay extra payment on our activities which is already in our itanrey.because they don't give us full explanation about what is included in our activities.
Our schedule is not arrange in proper way that's why we have to travel so long and it's totally Waste of our time .
