I got a call from this travel agency. Discussed enquiry about Kerala trip but I denied it because it was out of budget then she started abusing me she saying I am, poor and started saying that I wasted her time when I politely declined her. Then my friend talked to her, she started shouting saying I am VIP you wasted my time, is she alive

Anu Singh was asking for a holiday in Kerala, with her friend form Bangalore. She asked us to locate flights, train, form Delhi and Bangalore. She had discussed in detail during night time, and sought (Read More) for Five star hotels.
Yet we gave all details including flight train, bus timings and rates. Quoted packages with three star, four star and five star hotels.
After receiving all details, she rejected the offers with one line message.
"It is out of budget for us!"
That is not an expected reply form any traveler.
We deal mainly with International clients. Such fake enquiries kill our time and enthusiasm.
So, Sorry, Anu Singh.
A traveler must be ready with time and money before engaging into discussions with professionals like us.
Better luck next time.

The diligence with which each aspect of the travel was taken care of. The last thing you want to do is chase the travel/trip designers around frustratingly. That didn't happen even once. Everything w (Read More)as spot on. So difficult to say what I didn't like.
I took one of their packages last month, it was a 7 day kerala trip which included kochi , munnar, alapuzha and thekkadi. Initially I was skeptical eventhough my friend, who had an amazing time with holidify, had recommended it to me.I and my family reached Cochin, from where the wonderful journey full of memories commenced.
