Dear Shams Parwez, Thanks for Your Valuable Feedback. But i need to clarify few things. We had updated everything clearly to you before going ahead with booking. after that also we had given you Complimentary Cake ,which was not included in the Package. As Luggage Cab charges we never include in the Package and we Provide it to our all customers as per Requirement. After this much Complimentary things you asked for Shopping Tour as a complimentary which was not possible from our end, And regarding Late check out that's not in our hand we had checked with resort but they said they don't have rooms. So sorry for that. Our priority is always our clients satisfaction. Thanks Redcherry Team.

Trip to Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Dear Venkata, Before confirming your trip with us our Executive has clearly told you that if due to COVID there will be any lockdown we will give you 1 Year rescheduling time (because Andaman Hotels are also following the same rule) and in the Invoice also it was written the same. Your money is not lost as you have mentioned. You have not even paid 50% of the total package cost and we have booked everything from our end. we have offered you to go through the cancellation and we will refund you the amount whatever we get but you are not ready for that also. You are ready to pay cancellation fees for train and Flight Tickets as you have mentioned but you are not ready to co-ordinate with us. As refund is not in our hand so we have already given time till this year. Please do not make false allegations as we never misguided you, we are here to help you from the beginning. But you are not ready for anything so in that situation we are helpless. And Our priority is always our clients satisfaction. Thanks Redcherry Team.
