Trip to Kerala

Only thing i appreciate that mr shashikant ceo of the co. listened and responded to our grievances.
Our requirement was 4star hotel, good driver. We were assured in writing that hotel of4star catagories shall be provided and driver cum guide shall be provided. But to our great disappointment hotes in munnar and varkala were low category,. The thekkady and kovalam hotel were satisfactory. The most unacceptable part was conduct of driver who unfortunately remained with us during all days in kera (Read More)la trip. He happened to be discourteous, rude, unfriendly, incoopertaive which spoiled our tour. In all activities not coveredin package but was being done on personal cost, he was seeing his own benefit and if not done as per his wishes, he was feeling irritated, and even misbehaved.

Raintree Holidays provided an excellent Kerala travel experience. Mr. Sasikanth N S was very supportive and responsive throughout the trip. The driver arranged was polite, helpful, and fluent in Hindi/English, which made our journey smooth and comfortable. Overall, a well-managed and memorable trip. Highly recommended.

Trip to Munnar, Kerala, Thekkady, Alleppey

Last day we got bad experience. Our train from ernakulam to Bangalore was at 2.20pm. He brought us at 11.30 and told that take all your luggages from the vehicle and go to train. We told that keep all the luggages in the vehicle and we will take after returning from market. He has not accepted. We suffered like this, as we don't know anything in the new place. On 08.03.2026, he left us at 3.30 pm at the hotel. In the evening we went to hawa beach in a auto. As per schedule padmanabha temple visit was on 8.03.26, but he did not take us. On 09.03.2026 he took to the temple, which took lot of time and reduced our boat house experience. Food & hospitality was very good at manner.
