Everything seemed perfect before the trip — the itinerary and all the arrangements looked great — but my actual experience during the trip was quite disappointing.
At first, everything seemed fine — we met our driver, Mr. Nazrul Khan, father of the tour operator Abinash Khan. We were initially happy, thinking that his presence would make our trip smoother and more positive. Unfortunately, that was not the case. He turned out to be an unhelpful guide who provided no information or assistance throughout the journey, leaving us to make all decisions on our own. (Read More)
As per the itinerary, we were supposed to be provided with two rooms, but instead, we didn’t even get two extra mattresses in a single room. Whenever we asked for basic facilities, both the driver and the operator demanded extra money for even the smallest things. Several places mentioned in the itinerary were not covered simply because we weren’t informed about their timings or locations.
The worst experience was at Sai Mi Ka Resort in Cherrapunji, where we were given a small tent without an attached bathroom. We were four people, and the tent could barely fit two. When we complained, Abinash again demanded extra money, even for basic things like additional mattresses, despite our booking clearly mentioning the number of travelers.
We had to wander around Cherrapunji at 9:30 PM searching for a place to stay and eventually ended up in a shabby, unhygienic homestay room, which was a terrible experience, especially for my children. The next morning, though we were promised complimentary breakfast, we were told to eat only poori bhaji.
The driver misled us about road conditions, claiming there were landslides and bad roads to Dawki, but in reality, the roads were absolutely fine. He skipped multiple spots listed in the itinerary, like Monolith Park and Durga Temple, using false excuses.
To make matters worse, the driver would often leave us in the car on the roadside to go for lunch. He even asked for extra money to switch on the AC and for parking fees at several places. He clearly had no interest in covering all the spots mentioned for each day.
All the promises made by Abinash turned out to be false and misleading — pure clickbait. According to him, we were his first clients, but if this is how he treats his first customers, I can only imagine how he treats others.
It’s my sincere advice not to book any tour with him. There were many more unpleasant incidents during the trip that I prefer not to mention here. Overall, it was one of the most disappointing travel experiences we’ve ever had.

When we talked for first time you told me that you're coming as 02 Adults + 02 Child with 9 & 16 Yrs and I've mentioned in Voucher that you'll have a one room + 01 Extra mattress even th (Read More)ough you are ok on that time.
And yes your children age is 9 & 16 it's seems their age is 16 & 19 years old and whatever I've plan in my budget only. if you are taking extra demand for one more room one extra mattress obviously I'll take extra money and as per itinerary I've mentioned that it's is Non AC vehicle in Meghalaya AC never required if you take a Ac cab, driver will take the extra charge..
I'm sure, that if you had Booked from other agency you'll create a same problem

Nice well planned trip and smooth transit and good accommodation
Hotels did not provide buffet in breakfast may be due to poor occupancy which was not good. But understand their problem
