She has been so helpful and she has provided us with 24*7 support and coordination . I received the best service and hospitality from them .Even if i called her multiple times a day she used to answer . My overall experience way the best . The owner was co-operative and helped with all the booking formalities efficiently. Her approach and constant follow up is praise worthy.
The driver experience. As a tourist one expects to get a knowledgeable and experienced driver to take us around the city. The driver we got, Mr. Umer, was highly inexperienced, did not know the whereabouts of the place, not even locally. On the last day of our trip, we had a houseboat planned...but since it was Moharram the roads were blocked. At the same time, there was a family emergency fro (Read More)m the driver's end. While we were totally understanding his situation, he told us to get off the car and take a rickshaw to the location since he was getting late to visit his family instead of calling the owner and requesting a substitute driver/cab. To top that, he did not even know that all roads to the location were blocked, he was just taking us around for 2 hours in the cab before dropping us with a rickshaw driver. Highly unprofessional behaviour. When I contacted the owners, they did not know anything about it. While they did help us with an alternate accommodation, we had to travel there by rickshaw for an hour congested as we also had our luggages with us. The driver also did not know a lot of locations to help us explore and was also hesitant to offer the cab service along with him for us to explore nearby places after the sightseeing. (Please note that we had already checked with the agency if the driver will be ok for such trips and they mentioned that the cab and driver will be to ourselves and we can use it to explore nearby places). He did not use google maps and depended on local people to help him with routes which did not help us at all. The cab was supposed to come with AC however when in Srinagar we requested for AC since it was warm, there was no gas. Overall, the driver experience was horrible. To talk about hotel stays, please do not book Supreme Resort in Pahalgam, this was one of the worst hotels suggested by them. Although, we did gave a confirmation to book the said hotel, their services and customer care is pathetic. No basic facilities, compact rooms and slow customer service.
