⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Japan Experience – Cherry Blossoms, Cities & Seamless Planning by Probesten Tours!
We just returned from an amazing trip to Japan organized by Probesten Tours, and it was truly the expe (Read More)rience of a lifetime! Our main wish was to see cherry blossoms and beautiful flowers, and they suggested Hokkaido—a brilliant recommendation. The blossoms there were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful landscapes made it feel like a dream.
We also visited Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, and loved how the itinerary gave us a perfect mix of vibrant city life, cultural heritage, and natural beauty. Whether it was exploring historic temples in Kyoto, shopping and nightlife in Tokyo, or enjoying street food in Osaka, everything was perfectly planned.
A special mention goes to Mr. Manoj, who was always available 24/7 on WhatsApp to assist with any questions or needs during the trip. His support made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. It felt like we had someone looking out for us every step of the way.
Everything—from transportation to accommodations—was smooth and well-organized. We highly recommend Probesten Tours to anyone planning a trip to Japan. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and thoughtful recommendations made this journey unforgettable.
First of all I would like to appreciate Ms. Deepanshi ji. She had planned entire tour and was always sweet taking things sincerouly.
Now coming to the worst side.
When the tours planning was transfer (Read More)red to Ms. Soonam. I was worries over something she laughed at it and said that was supposed be like that. There was no waiting area. And we were clueless. It was her duty to inform the next day plan. Whereas we ended up telling her please keep us posted about next day details as we when we plan trip via tour it is expected from the people to keep us prepared for the next day. No timely response.
Mr. Manoj would say things say sorry and do nothing he promised to book the train tickets and never compensated for the same. We kept asking a day before when would the cab come? Soonam neither did manooj respond when we asked in the morning to please call the cab at 4:30 they lied to us on our face and the cab came at 5:30. We had to wait. They also promised us about single cots for tokyo for two people but failed that as well. Apa hotel are so small that it couldn't fit the luggage as well.
We on our own booked Airbnb which was way more spacious. But I would give 5 stars to deepanshi ji for taking things seriously and -1 to soonam and manoj. Worst experience.
Well, expensive in Japan but enjoyed
Our trip to Turkey was managed by them. Mr. Rana and Ms. Sonam were available through out the trip. Trip was well managed. Whenever help was required they tried to provide acceptable solution..Very mu (Read More)ch recommended..
