Wonderful experience
It was a wonderful trip to Manali and Shimla, thanks to Pocket friendly vacations and special thanks to Anshu for coordinating and following up with us through the trip as well. She was always availab (Read More)le and responsive to our queries and concerns .And thanks to her for accomodating our last minute changes and updating the trip plan. She helped us plan the trip and stay according to our preferences. And also the car arranged for us was very well maintained and our driver very polite and experienced (Anil Rajput) which gave us a smooth vacation experience.

Trip to Maldives
Agent through who I booked the package is ankita and she got disconnected after I finalized trip with pocket friendly. Later,I have to connect with a lady named Anshu! If it was her from the beginning (Read More), I would've definitely gone for an another agency! I had several questions as the trip is planning with covid restrictions and they doesn't have minimum courtesy to respond back to my messages or calls! Such a disgusting travel agency. I will definitely not recommended this further but thankfully, resort we've been to is good.
