Had an AMAZING experience with Vivek and team. As the name goes, Perfect Holiday Planners, my trip was also Perfect. Everything about the trip was beautifully planned. Each and everything was communic (Read More)ated to me and it was crystal clear. The hotel provided was near to the metro so that we can commute easily, if we want. Everything was covered if we talk about accommodations, breakfast, dinner and local sightseeing. The can drivers were professional. Most reliable, always there for you, even when you call them at night 3:00AM. Highly recommended!

Travelled with them a couple of years ago to Thailand. Overall the experience was good. Just a couple of glitches here and there like we were not told initially that we had to tell the height of our c (Read More)hild. We were booked for child tickets for him but at a few places they didn’t let him in on a child ticket because his height was more. We had to speak a lot and wait and argue and then the entry was arranged. Similarly, we were just booked for a double bed. We were being asked to pay extra for extra bed. Then again, same waiting, arguments and then solution. They charged us TCS but didn’t deposit it. I got my money back after a year of follow up. They finally lost a customer like me there who travels every year, just over around 5000 bucks.
