Expressing my worst experience of life, this company is company they will just take money from you and cheat you, and will not give you the services which promise, I had booked a nice trip with my eld (Read More)erly parents and kids who are like 4 years and 2 years having a thought that will give a nice change to my parents, but this made my life hell in the 4days experience, 1st the car was promised AC car the AC of the car was not working and in the hot sun my parents and kids burned up totally, we had to keep the car window up and because of that my mom got an asthma attack when I complained him - Ajay the SPOC assigned from the company he said that mam this is the only colling happens in the car it was working well till yesterday you dont know how the AC in the car works The Drive even stopped to repaired it because Of which our day one got wasted, and we were not able to check in the hotel late but by the time we chekin into the promise hotel, we get the call that due to the maintaince of the hotel you are moved to different hotel, which was very down grated hotel, in was in cheap area of Mysore and in hotel it was all drunk people and at 11 in the night I was standing on the road and this guy Ajay tells me you have no option u have to stay here only. 4 days I was going around in non AC car and stayed in down grated hotel and even after this every hour they were calling me and the drive to give the remining balace payment and saying that we will stop the trip right now if you dont pay, and I didnt have an option but paying them the full promise money . I trusted this company please never do this mistake and if you are assigned the coordinator called Ajay please do not listen to what he promised he is the most horrible person .
