Hi, This is my 2nd association with Osmo Holidays. I recently travelled to Malaysia and Singapore with my wife and son. My heartfelt thanks to Rishana and others Osmo staffs and agency pa (Read More)rtners for coordinating my travel, the team has been very accommodative of all our suggestions. The itinerary was planned covering all the major attractions in both the countries. The drivers and coordinators had arranged for all the entry tickets on time and guided us very well. special thanks to Rishana for keeping in touch with us and restructuring our plan and checking status of our experience though out the travel period. THANK YOU RISHANA. We had an amazing experience for the 2nd time associating with you. We would look forward to you for our future travel and recommend you to all our friends and families. Thank you

Hi, I would like to thank Radhika Madame for her support during the planning and finalizing the itinerary, she was extremely supportive and accommodative. I would like to Thank Rajesh and his team for organising everything and guiding us through out our journey. I was extremely satisfied with Osmo Holiday’s and would look forward to be associated with you for the future journey and recommend this to my friends and family.
Note: My Pattaya experience was excellent. However, I was extremely un happy with the accommodation in Bangkok Ecotel hotel, the hotel category is less than 2 star. The breakfast and service is very pathetic. I would request you to keep the client informed about this before, so they can opt for better option even if it requires additional price. Also please inform the client that they need to pay security deposit of 2000 Bhat during check in which is refunded if everything goes well. Only thing I was happy about it is location of the hotel.
Though the Hotel experience in Bangkok is below average. I would rate Osmo Holidays services with 5 star under all other Parameters.
Once again thank you to the entire team and wish you all a very happy Diwali 🪔 !

The itinerary crafted by John was nothing short of perfection. It balanced iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and the Palm Jumeirah with cultural experiences such as the Dubai Museum and a thrilling desert safari. Every query we had, whether before the trip or during our stay, was handled promptly and professionally. Their knowledge of Dubai and dedication to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment were evident in every interaction.
