Trip to Kerala
The hotels were very nice.
The driver was always on rush and uninformative. He skipped the itinerary and recommended other touristic tours with jeep or boat.

I’m had originally planned to drive a package tour but was referred to Offbeat India Tours via Holidify.
Prakash and the team worked with me to develop a personalised itinerary including car transport, hotels and tour guides across 16 days which we were able to iterate until we designed do the perfect itinerary. Importantly the final price including 5 Star accommodation was incredibly competi (Read More)tive and significantly below the price of similar itineraries with larger group tour operators.
In addition we had a driver, Monu , who was absolutely exceptional and made each days drive between each of our destinations both safe, engaging and enjoyable

Better control of the local transport provider since they try and cut corners with out the travel agents knowledge which leads to inconvenience

Quality of the hotel in Thekkady and the selection of food could be better.

Delhi accomodation need to be improved.. Also Jaipur need to Add Albert Hall
