Please take my honest feedback
Hotel : 4 out of 10 (below average) hotel here are the issues I faced during my stay
1. Room number 502 was a defective room floor uneven , bathroom poor quality lots of issues in bathroom , struggle a lot to get hot water to take bath
2. Room changed but no hot water I have be and told to open the tab for 20-25 min then you will get hot water
3. Bath (Read More)room towels missing when I asked , staff told me they do not have any towels left, thanks that we were carrying our own towels
4. Breakfast : miss management when they have parath that time no bhaji to surve and we wait for 15 min for bhaji for every item we request them after some time it was available after waiting for some time
5. The lady receptionist argued with me over the phone when I told to the male staff that last night I already told a long list of issues and what I need in the room she told I requested only for electric kettle but I requested glasses , extra bed and manny more items including issue facing in bathroom
6. Travel plan and site tour: I came to know from many tourists that the rohtan pass was closed for only one day but even on my request aur agency denied and charged 2500 extra for snow valley tour which was not at all correct
Overall a bad experience with your travel agency and sorry I will not recommend anyone
Had very bad experience with executives and drivers.. only money makers. Don't get trapped
I did have a bad experience with this organisation. I have to spent additional 8k rupees apart from their provided package. Hence please rethink before taking package from this organisation.

Trip to Dalhousie, Dharamsala
We were on 5 days tour of dharamsala delhouse.Whole tour package was planned by Mysterious Himachal. I found this tour and travels on site. Before that I never knew about it .
First time we visited himachal states. Our whole tour was so fantastic and amazing We enjoyed a lot. Whole credits goes to Mysterious Himachal.
They provided good conditioned swift dzire with a very good driver and very (Read More) good accommodation .Thanks M.s Seema Ghauta & Mysterious Himachal Team

it was an average one.
vehicle was not in proper condition so needed to wait for about 3 hours to get a new one
