I really liked their support on ground level, well communicated. Transport was good. Manager and staff are well behaved and ready to solve the problem.
Itinerary could have been more explained and planned well with proper communication with the traveller because many times the traveller could be a first time visitor but the agent might have planned multiple itinerary for same destination.
Accomodation was not upto the level need improvement.
