Accomodation could have been better
I had booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Pune on 15th October at 6.45 am in the morning which I did by mistake whereas I had to book a ticket for Jodhpur to Pune. Later I cancelled the ticket from Ahme (Read More)dabad to Pune and booked a ticket for Jodhpur to Pune in the evening. On 16th October I cancelled the ticket from Ahmedabad to Pune which was verified by your Make My Trip Number To call Me and I was also told that I would get the refund soon but till now I have not received my refund. Please help me.
From 2019, I have been booking all my domestic and international tour packages with MMT through Mr. Ayush Gupta.
I must say he is a very genuine and knowledgeable person. His efforts in customizing a (Read More)package and his genuine recommendations are always so good. He is always available to clarify all doubts at any point in finalizing the packages.
