Just returned from a trip to Japan and had a wonderful experience . Aayush Gupta , our travel consultant ,helped us plan the trip, coordinate the logistics pre trip and checked in during the trip too (Read More). He was very responsive and always displays strong customer focus . On the trip. the tour manager , Oorvaksh , ensured that we had a smooth, hassle free experience . He was resourceful , knowledgeable and patience personified. It is people who make organisations and these MMT ambassadors make a huge impact on the brand The choice of hotels was good as was the tie ups with local guides. Constant communication to travellers, and the on-time pick ups and drops enhanced the experience. Definitely a trip to remember for all the right reasons !!

If you’re booking your travel from MakeMyTrip, please ensure that you verify that information with the airlines, the hotels, the package handlers because the only thing MMT is concerned about is their (Read More) commission. Customer service etc are just a lie. The check-in time advised on the hotel voucher was completely different from what was hotel’s policy now they are just trying to pass the buck. So beware.
