Accomodation could have been better
We recently took a customisable tour to Bangkok and Pattaya. As we were trying to book through MMT online, we dealt with several agents who couldn't meet our specs and objectives in planning the trip. (Read More) Finally, Mr. Amar Mehta of MMT Nehru Place store came to our rescue and helped us in planning, executing and customising the holiday. Before and during the trip, he was just a phone call away and promptly resolved any problems that we may have faced, even sharing with us his personal number lest we wanted to contact him on a holiday. Really impressed by his utter professionalism and his zeal to go the extra mile.
Very good experience
I had booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Pune on 15th October at 6.45 am in the morning which I did by mistake whereas I had to book a ticket for Jodhpur to Pune. Later I cancelled the ticket from Ahme (Read More)dabad to Pune and booked a ticket for Jodhpur to Pune in the evening. On 16th October I cancelled the ticket from Ahmedabad to Pune which was verified by your Make My Trip Number To call Me and I was also told that I would get the refund soon but till now I have not received my refund. Please help me.
From 2019, I have been booking all my domestic and international tour packages with MMT through Mr. Ayush Gupta.
