Majestic north east tours has nicely arranged our family trip to Meghalaya where we explored.

The tour was for 8 days where we got an opportunity to expl (Read More)ore all amazing waterfalls, living root bridges and the beautiful mountains and rivers of Meghalaya.
As we were travelling with 3 kids, I was bit worried but our driver Mr Rahul was very responsive and helped us at all different locations.
Overall, our experience was very pleasant and special thanks to Mr Hasibul who has arranged the tour and was there whenever we needed.
I highly recommend Majestic North East tours for any kind of North East tour package.
It was a wonderful adventure trip arranged by Majestic North East Tours (6 nights and 7 days). We visited Lachen (Gurudongmar lake), Lachung (Zero point) and Gangtok (Nathula and sightseeing). The ser (Read More)vices that they provided (Micheal) was awesome. They arranged low budget plan with good services. All the hotels were good and we all loved it very much. All the drivers especially Bikash, Bhim were good guys and they guided us properly, Thanks for giving such an awesome trip. Each and every moment we enjoyed and we won't forget it. I recommend all to avail their services.
Did the Mawryngkhang Bamboo Trek and Nongriat Root Bridge Trek at Meghalaya with Majestic NE Tours. It was one of the best experiences I've had as an avid and very experienced international hiker. The (Read More)se guys are very well organized, have efficient communication, and they pay attention to customer likes and dislikes. The driver was amazing, too. Highly recommend!
Travelled to few places in Assam and Meghalaya, arranged by Michael from Majestic. Not a good experience though.
Michael is like a BPO operator who has nothing to do what happens to customers. None of (Read More) the Majestic business owners are bothered to check what’s happening to their customers.
Visit to Kamakhya- Was told that we’ll get a paid pass, on the contrary , passes were not available. No one guided us before the tour. Had to take Darshan from outside. Disappointing. Car was swift dezire.. pretty old model.
Left Guwahati and headed towards Kaziranga National Park. Driver was too fast this time.
When we reached Kaziranga, to our surprise, Hotel (Kahua Bon Resort) denied us providing any room. Shocking. Michael from Majestic had provided this hotel in our itinerary. He was not picking up the calls, as he was busy in Christmas party. We were clueless. When told to driver he said it’s not my fault, talk to office. Somehow room was allotted to us. Again trouble doesn’t end here. We had paid 3700/- for jeep safari in advance. We were clueless whom to contact, what time to start etc. Again Michael didn’t pick up the phone. I called up driver and he said that Jeep will come tomorrow 8 am.
We then travelled to Shillong and few places around Shillong. Overall I found the travel hectic and not so pleasant experience. Driver is only a driver ( and don’t consider him guide). Don’t rely on office staff of Majestic holidays, as you are on your own when you reach there.
Other than Shillong hotel ( Orchid Annex), rest all hotels were so so, below average. Most pathetic was Guwahati- Arna Residency.
It’s all hilly road in Meghalaya, so it depends on your driver how would you enjoy the drive. Ours was not that great.
I would not recommend to book a tour via Majestic tour operator.

It was a good experience of our tour with Majestic North East tour. We have been in Meghalaya from 17th Sep for 7 days. The arrangement was good. Mr.Hasibul has helped us to plan our itinerary as per (Read More)our requirement. Also he used to check with us everyday if we need anything. The driver Mr. Mirajul was also very helpful & informative about the route and the sightseeing. We would like to explore other NE states too with them. All the best for your future.
I travelled with Majestic Travels on my trip to North East earlier this month. I must say the services were impeccable. The manager (Mr Hasibul) consulted me on my itinerary and suggested the best rou (Read More)te map. The driver on duty (Ibrahim) was polite and well behaved. He ensured that we start our day on time and do not miss on any of the spots planned for the day. Local guidance on hidden spots was helpful as well. Highly recommended!!!
