Trip to Mussoorie

Had an amazing experience with Luxury Dream Holiday Package on our Mussoorie trip Everything was well organised, from travel arrangements to hotel stay, making the trip completely stress-free. Trip to Char Dham, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi, Kedarnath, Auli, Uttarakhand, Badrinath, Gangotri, Yamunotri, India

We did Chardham Yatra through Luxury dream Holiday on Last week of April 2026. 1.Owner of this package was available on phone when demanded. 2. Provided alternate arrangements when requested. 3.Driver knew the mountain roads . 4.Hotels and food provided at Uttarkashi, GuptaKashi were good.
1.Transport Issues: Lack of coordination led to a one-hour or more delay at a checkpost due to an unqualified driver. The replacement driver was uninformed about our itinerary and became aggressive when questioned. Asked us very time what to do next. 2.Service Failures: The promised guide was not provided, and the driver lacked local knowledge. Additionally, the agreed-upon credit card payment (Read More) method was refused. 3.Substandard Lodging: Accommodations at Mussoorie and Badrinath were unacceptable, featuring leaking tents in Kedarnath and unfinished hotel rooms under construction. Could have discussed if hotel rooms at Kedar could be provided for little higher price. No discussions happened with package coordinator once initial payment was done. 4.Missed Inclusions: Key itinerary highlights, such as the Ganga Aarti in Rishikesh and Haridwar, were completely omitted despite being paid for. 5.Poor Management: It was evident that the organisers lacked up-to-date information on the destinations, leading to a poorly managed trip."

Deepak and Isha are not good person ... Whatever they say don't trust on these people... They are just bogus persons ... Don't give them any advance .. they are not giving our advance money ... Even after a year now they have stopped taking our calls

Trip to Uttarakhand, Nainital, Mussoorie, Corbett National Park

Only the transport
Our pick up was 6:00 AM in morning but can reached at 11 AM, than the hotel given in itenary was not given on actual. Last moment hotel was changed and lodge was given in place of hotel. For last two days I booked hotel by myself as our vacation was going to bad experience with luxury dream holiday and I did not wanted to spoil my family holiday. Value for money was not satisfactory. It is better (Read More)to book hotel and cab by ourselves. They do not do much to make better holiday.
