• Trip to Himachal Pradesh, Manali
1. They promised us certain hotels and just after paying the booking amount they said those hotels are not available
2. They provided us Pan India travel vouchers worth 80000 rupees and when we asked for them to make bookings to the said destination and they did not make any booking citing some excuses.
• Trip to Nainital, Ranikhet, Kausani, Mukteshwar
The itinerary given to the driver was different what was decided and given to me.
Somewhere parking charges for the vehicle was avoided though the same was included in the package due to which either I had to walk about one km to reach the destination or had to strand on the road in the bright sun waiting for the vehicle resulting the loss of valuable time and ultimately I had to escape some of t (Read More)he site.
I was discouraged to visit some sites simply because the site was either on height or would take much time.
I am very much disappointed with the way I was treated at Nainital mainly on the following counts (I)The itinerary given to the driver was different what was decided and given to me by the agent. (ii)I alongwith my family which includes two female and two kids, compelled to strand on the road in bright sun for almost one hour simply to save the parking charge of the vehicle and this happens not on (Read More)ce but several times.Initially I could not understand but later on when I realised,I contact the agent but no fruitful result. It is likely to mention that parking charges were included in the package. Somewhere I was told to go by foot to the visiting site covering almost one KM. This has resulted not only very tiresome for us but also wastage of valuable time due to which I had to escape some important sites. (iii)I was discouraged to visit some sites simply because the site was on height or will take too much time as I was told by the driver. There are some other points too which I may mention but these three points are the main which hurt me a lot. Now the final point I like to mention here that as I had faced shortcomings in the service,I will not demand any compensation in liu of poor service,but it is very difficult for me to plan my future trip with the agencies recommended by you.
