The Sales process was quite good as they provided good support in arranging itinerary and reasonable quotations. After the contract was d (Read More)one and money transfer happened, things started going downhill and I ended up with a so-so experience. The Hotel arranged by them in Kuala Lumpur was quite good and located nicely. The Hotel in Singapore was also good but don't have suitable food for Indian Guests in their breakfast. I think they could have selected better hotels. Their overseas agent is not so guest friendly and you remain stressed about something or other throughout your trip.
I do not recommend this company as a travel partner.
