What was promised, was delivered from the hotels to the houseboats, to the taxi , to the food everything was awesome and event to remember with found memories and the beautiful people of Kashmir, thank you jai hind

We just like the behaviour of our Driver Mr. Bilal , he was friendly & genuinely supportive. Very nice person.
The itinerary shared was not followed. It was not informed to us before starting the tour that all places are closed at Pahalgam. There was no proactive check, we have been taken there and then inform. The hotel at Pahalgam was very poorly maintained. The car commited was innova crista but was not given. It was normal innova but old vehicle. Though driver was nice.
