Terms and Conditions
The Company is responsible only for the services charged to the guest. All other services not paid for by the guest are suggested services, and the Company is not obligated to provide or cover the cost of those services.

Unavoidable Circumstances
If the tour program needs to be changed or extended due to reasons beyond our control, such as riots, floods, accidents, or any other natural or man-made calamities, any additional expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. In the event that any passenger has to leave the tour mid-way due to reasons such as a death in the family, illness, or other personal reasons, no refund will be provided for the remaining portion of the tour.

Reservation Policy
Confirmation of the package is subject to receipt of 100% payment: 50% of the payment must be made in advance, and the remaining 50% is to be paid upon arrival in Kashmir.

Payment Policy
You are required to make a 50% advance payment within 48 hours to confirm your FIT or GIT bookings. The remaining 50% must be paid before the date of arrival, otherwise, the booking will be released without further notice.

Child Policy
Children up to 5 years of age without a bed are complimentary. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years are chargeable as per the extra bed policy.
