This travel agent Saurav Mishra taking full money for Thailand trip. After some days no response. His mobile phone is still active. Freely he is roaming by eating our hard earned mon (Read More)ey. His agency "Jyoti DMC" has to be blocked. His account has to be suspended.
Never opt for this travel agent.
Never opt for this travel agent. We booked trip to Vietnam recently. They took money and did not make payment to local agent in Vietnam who in turn stopped our services. We were harassed and forced to (Read More) return back to India. They take money and stop responding. Won't recommend it to anyone. Please don't not go by reviews they post.

Average tour with some issue with hotel rooms. Please make sure roomtype and airflow of rooms to avoid disappointment. Not sure what's defination of their 3 Star hotels. All hotels not 3 Star but bud (Read More)get hotels. During tour you won't get any service support except excuses.every day you will get new car and driver that might be uncomfortable.

Take money and dont even pick calls
We have booked Thailand trip 7th - 13th May from Jyoti Travels DMC and we were interacting with Sourabh - Bangkok Safari Trip booking ... took money as part of the package and when we went there -- W (Read More)e get message from him to pay us in thai Bhat's as the agency couldn't buy tickets online and we paid them directly from the little cash we had ( as per his suggestion to carry less cash as he has taken care of all things) -- we called him couple of times and he did respond to pick the calls neither to return the calls. Till now he is not returned the money nor acknowledged to revert 20-30 calls we have made to him. What kind of professional he is ?? company should be delisted and travellers should be aware of this. I will be lodging an official FIR complaint if he doesn't return the money by today.

Dear Mr. Gopinath you have taken our entire services and not paid the amount for Safari World and Marine Park and told lie that you have paid to our Thailand Team. It is still pending on our accounts. (Read More) So better before writing bad reviews let me remind you we have entire proofs of your travel records so donot blame any DMC like this after having such a great Tour. Thailand Team share us all your activity details which you completed in this Tour. So request you to donot write fake reviews if you have complain contact on mail. Best wishes for future.

Last moment you cancelled your trip and we have clearely mentioned that Last moment cancellation is non ref (Read More)undable. So donot give fake reviews else we will take legal action against you for putting fake reviews .

I came in contact with this agency from a friends reference. I must say it helped a lot in my trip. Mr. Saurav who was my agent helped me a lot to plan a cost effective trip as I am a solo traveller. (Read More)He treated me like a brother and suggested me what things to do and what not to save money and out some leisure in to things. He was in contact throughout the trip and helped us where we were stucked and that's what matters. So I will book again wherever I will go. Thanks a lot

Nat a well planned trip like they wasted one day in Bangkok just for 5 hour tour which could have been finished in one day. During tour not even given lunch break which is by default. Out of 04 hotel (Read More)only one hotel was meeting requirement. Driveres were not cooperating during tour

My itinerary was planned by Saurav from Jyothi travel dmc . Overall, booking experience is great, and Suarav is very professional and patient. He patiently replied to all queries. Cost wise too seems (Read More)reasonable and he very open and honest, but no scope for discounts. I hope the prices they offered are genuine. I will write another review in client hospitality during the trip once the trip is completed

First of all Mr.Saurabh the Owner of the company doesn't have sense to speak to a girl he was shouting on me over the call and was not ready to listen about any of my issue , and also I never got any (Read More)upgrade and I got room without A/C and he is lying also hotel staff was also saying the same about Saurabh and the dinner which Saurabh was talking about was offered directly to me by the front office Manager and not with the reference of Saurabh because hotel staff was pissed off with the behaviour of Saurabh and stop picking up the call of Saurabh and Saurabh was the one who was calling me throughout my trip .
I will never ever recommend his agency to anyone.

Mam We have provided our best services which we could we gave you complementary dinner for 5 members and also we gave you upgraded rooms in Thekkady which is Rs.20000/- per day charge still if we coul (Read More)dnot make you happy then I believe that you must explore the tours by booking online Hotels from web portals. We have provided you Sterlling Thekkady Premium rooms still we cant make you happy. Entire Tour we arranged in a proper way well managed still we could not make you happy. Then you suggest us what type of service you expect in a package with minimum budget Tour.
Kerala trip review.

As tripcrafters outsource trvaelling to some other company, there were a few instances with itinerary. Some mentioned places when we booked the trip were not shown by the driver.
A couple of hotels w (Read More)e stayed were good rather amazing. But there was a confusion with type of room booked and as there is no internet at some places it gets a bit difficult to get in touch with the agent.
